Join Chef Chris for an elegant evening of bistro-inspired learning as he demonstrates how simple ingredients which are the hallmark of European cuisine, can be transformed into refined plates. Along the way, you’ll pick up skills in flavour layering, searing, plating, and pastry work.

The menu features a velvety Triple Mushroom Cream Soup with thyme, followed by Mignonettes of Pork Tenderloin served over creamy polenta with a julienne vegetable medley. For dessert, Chef Chris shares pastry techniques in a bright Key Lime Crème Brûlée, topped with candied lime and a crisp almond tuile.
