Begin by learning how to prep and grill octopus, marinated with lemon and garlic and served with a bright orzo salad. Then, master the art of making Potato Gnocchi from scratch—Chef will demonstrate the rolling technique and guide you through transforming just a few ingredients into tender, pillowy perfection. Your gnocchi will be tossed with mushrooms, prosciutto, and pecorino for a satisfying bistro-style main.

Finish the evening with a classic Zabaglione al Marsala, learning how to whisk and fold to create this airy, wine-scented custard, served with fresh berries—a timeless dessert straight from the Italian trattoria.
