You’ll start with a beautiful Grilled Apple & Prosciutto Crostini, lightly drizzled with honey—sweet, salty, and perfectly crisp. Then settle into the heart of the class: a velvety Butternut Squash Soup layered with date purée, tart apple, and bacon lardons, and a rich French Onion Soup crowned with golden cheese croutons and plated bistro-style.

For dessert, enjoy a rustic-meets-refined Plum Almond Tart, served warm with Crème Chantilly and a delicate balsamic drizzle—the perfect finish to this light but soul-satisfying supper and a beautiful fall meal you’ll want to recreate again and again.
