Enjoy a Mimosa while you learn the secret to creating soft, tender Apple Cinnamon Scones, with brown sugar and warm spices. Next, dive into crepe making with delicate paper-thin crepes with a rich mix of crab, shrimp, and scallops, topped with a classic hollandaise sauce and served with baby potatoes.
Finally prepare a light and flavourful Ham & Gruyère Frittata, baked individually and served with fresh fruit and honied yogurt—a beautiful balance of savoury and sweet. Make sure you bring your appetites!
