Welcome to Date Night with Chef Julie as she guides you through a divine three-course menu designed to teach classic techniques while inspiring a little romance at the table. 

The class begins with a Warm Beet & Chèvre Salad, where you’ll see how earthy and creamy notes play together in an elegant starter. For the main course, Chef Julie demonstrates the art of perfectly roasting Duck Breast, paired with an Apricot Compote, Raisin Purée, and Spiced Basmati Rice—a dish that blends precision with bold, seasonal flavours. Dessert is a decadent Chocolate Mousse, finished with black cherry and a balsamic reduction, showing how to layer sweetness, acidity, and presentation for a restaurant-quality finish.
