Chef Julie will begin your evening with an elegant Caramelized Onion & Fig Tart, whre yo will learn how to balance buttery pastry with rich, golden onions for a perfect starter. Then, discover the art and infused flavours of a classic Cassoulet—slow-simmered, hearty, and brimming with authentic French flavour. To finish, indulge in the timeless luxury of Chocolate Pots de Crème, a silky, decadent dessert that’s pure holiday magic.
