Then, prepare a Chicken Parmigiana from scratch, starting with a lightly breaded chicken breast, topped with fresh tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella, and plated with a simple yet elegant angel hair primavera. Learn the secrets to crispy, tender breading and balanced sauce.
For dessert, you’ll create a dramatic and airy Classic Chocolate Soufflé, baked to rise and served hot from the oven with a pour of crème anglaise—a beautiful finish and a confidence-building technique for any aspiring home cook.
