Roll up your sleeves and join Chef Julie for a hands-on baking adventure as we explore the art (and joy!) of homemade bread. In this participation class, you’ll learn a variety of essential dough techniques, shaping skills, and tips for perfect rises—whether you’re after something savoury, quick, or sweet.

Together, we’ll bake fragrant Rosemary Focaccia, master versatile Pizza Dough and enjoy a mid-day personal pizza with a few of our favourite Pepper Tree Spice blends and finish on a sweet note with a soft and swirled Cinnamon Bread for dessert. Chef will guide you step by step, ensuring you leave confident and inspired to keep baking at home.
