Nothing says comfort like a cozy meal made with heart. In this demonstration, Chef Chris shares the techniques and flavours behind timeless cold-weather favourites—dishes that warm from the inside out.

The evening begins with a hearty Leek & Potato Chowder, a rustic twist on a French classic, served piping hot in chowder style. For the main, enjoy tender Beef Burgundy (Bourguignon)—beef slowly braised in red wine with mushrooms and vegetables, plated over homemade buttered egg noodles. The class concludes with a timeless dessert: Warm Blueberry & Lemon Bread Pudding, rich with wild blueberries and finished with a silky custard sauce.
