The showpiece: perfectly pan-seared salmon, served atop your composed salad and plated with intention—each element thoughtfully prepared to create a dish as beautiful as it is delicious.
Finish the event with the art of making whisper-thin lemon sugar crêpes, a true Provence treat and a sweet ending to your culinary experience.
