This item has Pecorino cheese that is aged in the grotto of the San Pietro a Pettine estate in Umbria Italy. It is a reinterpretation of one of the most famous Italian traditional recipes (cacio e pepe), with the addition of our prized truffle instead of pepper. An indulgent upgrade for pasta, chicken or delicate fish.
