Chef Miller will take you on a tour through the intense flavours of Thailand and Vietnam as you begin with authentic spicy Tom Yum Soup, then cool down with crisp cucumber and peanut salad. Enjoy traditional Pad Thai learning how to make Pad Thai Sauce from scratch and apply Chef’s preparedness method in order to execute and make your own Pad Thai at home.

You will also learn the tips and techniques to make your own Pad Thai Sauce from scratch and apply Chef’s preparation methods to making your own Pad Thai at home.

Proof of Immunization

In accordance with Provincial regulations, as of Sept. 22nd individuals attending our Supper Club events must be fully immunized against Covid-19. Please bring proof of vaccination to your event. 

Classes are held in-studio and final sale. Masks are mandatory for entry.
