This class has been entirely dedicated to the art of salad making! You will learn the principles of making salad dressings as well as different presentation techniques. Chef will share his secret to making Kale taste great! Tonight you'll enjoy making Cob salad, Tuna Niçoise Salad, and Chef's signature marinated kale salad with recipes to remake these amazing salads all summer long.
