Not every burger is created equally! Explore the art of creating perfect gourmet burgers, discuss cooking methods and techniques, while creating two unique burger recipes; Duck Confit and Beef Burger with Mushrooms and Brie, and a Venison-Chorizo Burger. We will also create a unique grilled caesar salad. Chef Miller will also share his favourite homemade gourmet ketchup recipe.
