One of our favourite cuisines, in this class we will explore the spice masters of Indian cuisine reviewing a range of aromatic Indian spices and blends. Together we will craft a 3-course meal consisting of a lentil dahl soup, scratch-made butter chicken, basmati rice, and fried vegetable pakoras with a vibrant coriander sauce and a fresh coconut Sambel condiment that will knock your socks off! Oh yes, don’t forget the Naan bread!
Classes are held in-studio and final sale. Masks are mandatory for entry.
