Welcome to our sushi Workshop! In this class, you will gain hands-on experience and guidance in rolling your own fresh sushi! The chef will teach you how to cook sushi rice, as well as how to sear a variety of ingredients including Togarashi crusted tuna, and local Maitake mushrooms. You will also have a chance to practice those knife skills as the Chef will be showing you how to make a variety of vegetable cuts. You and your classmates will create a large display of your sushi creations before tasting! Special Shun offer for participants.
