Join this class led by Chef Ronnie as he teaches you the art of creating a flavourful Vegetable Stock, the foundation of many soups and the most versatile essential broth. Using this incredible broth, Chef will share his recipes for Caldo Verde which is an incredibly flavourful Portuguese favourite. Next, you'll learn the techniques before you enjoy an aromatic Heirloom Carrot and Ginger Cream Soup. These fundamentals will serve you well all through the season as you create your own cold-weather soups at home.
