Spring Inspired Pasta Workshop! Mon. May 30

You will be getting your hands dirty here learning how to roll and laminate your own pasta. Chef Miller will share his pasta dough recipe from his experience in Italy. Learn about flour and how it affects the outcome of your dough recipes!  Also, practice cooking techniques, master the art of pesto, and execute 2 spring-inspired pasta dishes!
