In this class Chef will guide you through the proper use of your Shun knives. We will practice knife skills and fine vegetable cuts when learning how to make your own fresh spring rolls! Also improve on those butchery skills by learning how to debone a whole chicken before you create mouthwatering Poached Saffron Chicken Roulade! Sharpen those knives on potatoes before executing a classic French Pomme Anna. Special offer for participants.
Proof of Immunization

Classes are held in-studio and final sale. Masks are mandatory for entry.
