Learn to cook with local seafood and create dishes like Lemon Herb Shrimp Skewers,  Seared Sea Scallops with Creamed Sweet Corn, Double Smoked Bacon, Avocado Relish, Cilantro Lime Lobster Tacos with Spicy Avocado Citrus Slaw.
