In this class, you will work with our Chef to create 3 fantastic and simple sausage recipes including Bratwurst, Italian, and an exotic Five Spice Duck Sausage. You'll review the ratios and equipment needed for safe sausage making, as well as seasoning and casing techniques. With your new skills, you'll be inspired to explore and set out to create your own sausages at home. This class includes the works - Grinding, Roasting, and tasting of course!
Proof of Immunization
In accordance with Provincial regulations, as of Sept. 22nd individuals attending our Supper Club events must be fully immunized against Covid-19. Please bring proof of vaccination to your event.
Classes are held in-studio and final sale. Masks are mandatory for entry.
