Join us to experience the art of preparing a delicious Risotto from scratch in our Supper Club kitchen! In this hands-on experience, you will be working in groups of 2 while following the lead and instructions of our Chef. You will learn how to truss, season, and roast a perfect Cornish hen, and then prepare your own wild mushroom risotto featuring roasted chestnuts and parmesan.
