The trifecta of Appetizer events - Easy, Elegant and Delicious! Chef will start by sharing some tips for creating a stunning Charcuterie then working with Chef Miller, create a beautiful array of holiday appetizers including Onion Tart with Blue Stilton Mousse and Balsamic Pearls, Salmon Belini with Blood Orange and Pickled Pears, Pecan-stuffed Mushrooms and Chef Millers' signature Baja Shrimp prefected at Chauncy Smiths.
Classes are held in-studio and final sale. Masks are mandatory for entry.
