Moroccan Tagine with a Twist! Wed. Mar 23rd

In this class Chef will transport you to Morocco and re-introduce you to the versatility of the traditional Moroccan Tajines and how they can be used in a myriad of ways for cooking. You will discover some exciting new flavors from North Africa and build a beautiful braised Shakshuka which can be enjoyed as a main course or served as a unique and flavorful brunch item. We will also be baking authentic Middleastern style flatbread featuring Zatar Seasoning our new Dukka Spice Blend, finishing things off with a Spiced and roasted nut rice pilaf.
