Discover the bold and flavorful cuisine of Mexico City with our Taste of Mexico class! Learn how to create mouthwatering Pork Carnitas, Chicken Enchiladas, Mexican Street Corn and a Mexican Salad with lime dressing.  We'll be giving our menu a unique Southern Ontario Summer twist!
