Success in the kitchen starts with the right knife for the right job and you need to know how to use it.  We'll cover a lot in this class.  Learn how to care for your knives as you explore different Shun knife shapes and styles from Pepper Tree's collection. Then you'll prepare a variety of vegetables, Chef Thomas will show you how to prepare a fresh trout and properly clean a beef tenderloin before preparing a fantastic meal. Special offer for participants.
