This will be a skills-focused class. Chicken is one of the most popular proteins and Chef will demonstrate just how versatile Chicken can be. You will work on honing your knife skills with basic butchery techniques then learn the secret to making the most flavourful stock. Chef will lead you in how to pan-sear the perfect chicken breast using one of our amazing spice rubs, and also how to braise the leg and thigh meat to create a simple and tasty chicken Cacciatore!
