Sushi Workshop! Monday Sept. 19th

Monday, Sept. 19th. 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Welcome to our Sushi Workshop! In this class, you will gain hands-on experience and guidance in rolling your own fresh sushi! The chef will teach you the steps to preparing and cooking seasoned sushi rice, as well as how to sear a variety of ingredients including Togarashi crusted tuna, and local Maitake mushrooms. You will also have a chance to practice those precision knife skills as the Chef will be showing you how to make a variety of vegetable cuts to prepare restaurant-quality sushi. You and your classmates will create a large display of your sushi creations before tasting!

Each participant receives a Shushi Rolling Kit (Value $30)
