Chef Thomas was first introduced to me as the head chef at a fresh contemporary Greek restaurant in London in 2015. You'll join Chef as he shows you his techniques for making classical apps, Spanakopita with fresh Tzatziki, you'll also help roll Dolmas with grape leaves. The star of the evening however will be the creation of a classic Vegetarian Moussaka with Bechamel sauce and herbs.
