Join us for a workshop completely focused on the art of making Basic Gnocchi!
In this workshop, you will be working in groups of 2 while Chef guides you through his process for making a simple Potato gnocchi pasta. You will learn techniques to elevate the quality of your gnocchi, as well as learn hands-on techniques for finishing your gnocchi in some of Chef’s favorite sauce combinations. All participants will receive a gnocchi board, and potato ricer as part of this workshop. You will also take a batch of gnocchi dough home with you!
