Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour Blend, 650g

This all-purpose gluten-free flour is unique due to the Whole Romano Bean flour used which is grown and milled here in Ontario.  The added pulses boost the protein, fiber, vitamin and mineral content to your baking. 

You can replace wheat flour with this all-purpose flour. 

Ingredients: Romano Bean Flour, Yellow Corn Flour, White Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour.
