In this class you will learn techniques for making your own fresh crepes. Chef will show you how to roll your crepes with a rich Mascarpone vanilla filling.
Also learn how to transform simple store-bought puff pastry dough into artful mini tartlets. For the grand finale, the Chef will teach you the secrets to a quick sweet pastry dough before making a batch of mini creme brulee tarts.

Classes are held in-studio and final sale.
