Join us for a celebration of seasonal root vegetables! Chef Miller will show you how to use the infamous celery root! You will learn how to make a classic Waldorf salad and a seasonal Roasted celery root soup. For the main course, we will be creating a seasonal spice rub for a roasted Maitake Mushroom from our amazing Peppertree Spices!
