In this vegetarian class, Persia takes center stage at the beginning of this class as Chef Miller guides you through the process of baking a fresh loaf of Persian flatbread and the braising of a traditional Eggplant stew. The star of the show will be one of Chef’s childhood favourites! Tahdig, which features fragrant saffron basmati rice with a crispy rice cracker-like finish.

Classes are held in-studio and final sale. Masks are mandatory for entry.
