We are thrilled to kick off 2022 with this colorful and flavourful class!  Explore the techniques needed to transform simple plantain into tasty Patacones. Chef Miller will show you how to convert a simple Pico De Gallo into a fresh Ceviche marinade, as well as create a traditional Asada plate featuring a fresh Gallo pinto, simple roasted chicken marinated in a Lizano sauce. You will enjoy tasting the new creations with a complimentary shot of Chiligurao! A Costa Rican Tradition :)  

Proof of Immunization

In accordance with Provincial regulations, as of Sept. 22nd individuals attending our Supper Club events must be fully immunized against Covid-19. Please bring proof of vaccination to your event. 

Classes are held in-studio and final sale. Masks are mandatory for entry.
