We are thrilled to usher in our Summer Session and Chef Miller back to our new beautiful studio with this colorful and flavourful class!  Explore the techniques needed to transform simple plantain into tasty Patacones. Chef Miller will show you how to convert a simple Pico De Gallo into a fresh Ceviche marinade, as well as create a traditional Asada plate featuring a fresh Gallo pinto, simple roasted chicken marinated in a Lizano sauce. You will enjoy tasting the new creations with a complimentary shot of Chiligurao! A Costa Rican Tradition :)
