Join us for our first-ever Epic weekend Brisket & BBQ workshop! You'll have the full experience of handling, preparing and creating your own beef brisket from start to finish.
Each participant will receive their own 5-6 lb. Beef Brisket to prepare, the Kai Pro 12" Slicing Brisket Knife and your Choice of 9oz Smoking Rubs ($170 Value).
We will also prepare a tasty smoked pulled pork and execute the 2 most important styles of BBQ sauce! (North Carolina and South Carolina) And this wouldn’t be complete without a tasty coleslaw.
