Spring Easter Feast! Thurs. April 7th

In this class you will be creating a delicious and colourful Easter Feast! Featuring a spring onion, asparagus and goat’s cheese tart with a light salad of spicy arugula and black truffle oil, spring mushroom-inspired scalloped potatoes with local cheddar, sugar snap peas almondine in brown butter. The key to this evenings class will be discovering Chefs' secrets to achieving that perfectly roasted whole chicken with an even browning and crispy skin!
