Devil in the Details, Tues. Nov. 16th

The best dishes can depend entirely on seemingly small details.  We're not leaving those out tonight as you'll work with Chef to create a variety of decadent compound butters; Maple Bacon & Onion butter; Roasted Garlic, Apple and Mustard butter; Truffle, Lemon and Parmesan butter along with Chinese 5 Spice Oil and a Spicy Chili Oil. Then we'll use these transformed fats to elevate the flavours of some great fall recipes.  Enjoy Roasted butternut squash soup, Simple Escargot, and Brined Roasted Pork Tenderloin. 

Proof of Immunization

In accordance with Provincial regulations, as of Sept. 22nd individuals attending our Supper Club events must be fully immunized against Covid-19. Please bring proof of vaccination to your event. 

 Classes are held in-studio and final sale. Masks are mandatory for entry.
