Join Chef Chris for our cooking class showcasing the versatility and flavour of cast iron cooking. Start with Southern Style Buttermilk Biscuits, paired with a homemade apple compound butter. For the main course, enjoy Cajun Style Blackened Atlantic Salmon with Red Beans, Rice, and Charred Baby Bok Choy. Finish with a decadent Open Face Apple Strudel, complete with brandy hard sauce, cinnamon anglaise, and candied walnuts.
