In this class, we will explore the flavor profiles of Mexican chilis while exploring some traditional recipes that celebrate Maize (the heart and soul of Mexican cuisine). You'll create flavorful sauces, and condiments to accompany Pork Shoulder Barbacoa with fresh Pico De Gallo, Black Bean Con Queso with Chunky guacamole and finally Chef Miller’s signature Mexican Corn Chowder with wild rice.
Proof of Immunization
In accordance with Provincial regulations, as of Sept. 22nd individuals attending our Supper Club events must be fully immunized against Covid-19. Please bring proof of vaccination to your event.
Classes are held in-studio and final sale. Masks are mandatory for entry.
