Sous-vide cooking is really easy with the ZWILLING ENFINIGY sous-vide stick in white. Sous-vide cooking or vacuum cooking is ideal for cooking meat or fish, but also vegetables or fruit in a water bath.  The compact and handy ZWILLING ENFINIGY sous-vide stick not only takes control of the water temperature and cooking time, but is also easy to use: The desired temperature and cooking time are simply set on the LED touch display.

While you concentrate on other tasks in the kitchen, the timer function keeps an eye on the cooking time. After this time has elapsed, the stick gives an acoustic signal and stops automatically.
