HERE'S WHAT WHAT YOU'LL NEED
¼ cup of pumpkin puree
¼ cup of maple syrup.
Hot, strong coffee – about 6 cups.
1 tsp Pepper Tree Spice Co. Pumpking Pie Spice
1 teaspoon of almond or vanilla extract (optional)
2 cups of non-dairy milk of your choice. (Unsweetened Almond is my go to)
Make your coffee.
Mix the puree, syrup and coffee in a pot at medium heat.
Add in the non-dairy milk, Pepper Tree Spice Co. Pumpkin Pie Spice, extract if using and making sure to stir constantly.
Stir until well mixed (a couple minutes should do it).Pour the mixture through a strainer into your mugs. Dust with a little extra Pumpkin Pie Spice.
